Pilates and Meditation

Taking care of yourself is the key to being able to take care of others.  It's so easy in our busy lives to de-prioritise our own needs, even when we know the importance of taking care of our physical and mental health.  Add a baby or two into the mix and it seems impossible!

Sometimes having something scheduled in is a great way to re-prioritise. Book a 1-2-1 session of gentle pilates with a focus on relaxation, slowing down and meditation techniques.  

Pilates blends slow controlled movements with real body awareness to build strength, but also helps us become more in touch with how our body feels and what it needs. This can be really useful as we think about prioritising our own health and wellbeing. Get in touch if you have any questions.
